Miniature Australian (American) Shepherds and Border Collies.
About Me.
I live in Cape Town, South Africa. Me and my pack compete in a couple of dog sports which include; dog jumping, agility and flyball. My first dog who who taught me agility (and I say that as she was such a natural it was me who couldnt keep up with all we were learning) was Vanilla Ice, a Swiss Shepherd cross Golden Retriever. Once we were well on our way to the top i decided it time to get a second dog. My Border Collie, King, is still the fastest dog i know. We are still learning together to harness in his speed and get it going in the right direction. Given a little more time we look forward to a very sucessfull future in agility and flyball. I then embarked on my search for a breed I could enter into the medium height category. I had always had large dogs as i had yet to come across a small dog with a personality to compare with that of my larger dogs. My search led me to the Miniature Australian Shepherd who were all heart in a small package. After putting my name down on breeding lists i waited 2 years before getting my first puppy Sk-I. D-Or followed almost a year later even though they are only two months apart in age. I then waited until I could get the perfect little red merle girl Rouge, she has turned into the most stunning dog and she is the smallest of my mini aussie girls. Tiah came to be purely by accident but has been the best accident I have ever come across and is my special favourite. Nitro is our newest adition, coming to us all the way from the USA to be a special friend to my three mini aussie girls. He has just sired his first litter and we look forward to seeing how this babies mature.
